"You lost so much weight!!"

article image placeholderUploaded by @ilovelucee
It's just I don't know, sometimes it started to get a little annoying. It started to get a little annoying. People were like, oh, my God, you got so small. And sometimes people just blurt it out. I work in the health field, and one day a patient came in and in front of everybody was just like, so loose. Like, how did you lose so much weight

I probably did. But yeah, I do, on the other hand, agree that no one should heart like, oh, my gosh, you lost weight, and then bring it up again. Oh, my gosh, I can't believe you lost so much weight, or you gained weight. Oh, my gosh, I can't believe you gain weight with that type of expression

Because, I mean, you all complain about my size, and by BMI's measure, I'm still probably overweight obese, according to the BMI, but yet you all still talking about, I'm skinny and I don't need to lose no more weight, and I'm getting too skinny, and blah, blah, blah. Are you sick? Or you own something? You must be owned. I mean, stuff like that

And they want to be successful at it like you were. They want to know like, hey, I'm stuck and I can't lose weight. What did they do? And sometimes I have friends and I will ask, like, I have a friend that a lot of my friends have had the Bob has surgery and they've lost a lot of weight

So to need to constantly talk about weight and ask as you said, everyone's situation is different. Just be a little more sensitive and kind towards each other. It could go a long way
