Photo Tip #4: Puddles

It's been raining a lot where I live and there's these puddles all over the place with a camera. You can really take advantage of a scene if you see an interesting scene that you like rather than just shoot it. If you have Tuttles around, put the camera really low, almost touching the surface of the water. You can experiment up a bit and down a bit

Peter, there's no source of water where I live, but I really liked the technique. So I thought I would experiment, and I tried it with a field of dry grass close to where I walk. And I liked what came out out of the camera. So I thought I'd share

That's neat. Thank you for sharing that. I really like how the whole picture is dominated by the grasses rather than the tree on the horizon, which is what we normally kind of think to do. Try the same idea down a road or something, where there's a line or a path, where the line leads all the way down that space as well. And that's a really nice trick as well
