And of course, like I said other things, if I'm not getting good sleep, I have anxiety. I have a medical condition that causes some of my anxiety. A couple of years ago, it really started back, and it just has stayed. But because I understand it, like I said, I understand it a little bit more, I'm able to deal with it better. And sometimes just walking around it and saying, okay, it's here. I want to do this

Breathe, cry meditate, squeeze a ball, go for a walk, find a safe space together. We all can heal by listening to each other's stories. So I really appreciate that. And I can say I really didn't know it was anxiety until I started going to therapy, and still I kind of pushed it under the rug, as they would say, because I didn't want to give it that power, not until the past, I'd say seven years, seven or eight years. I've really came to have a better understanding of it, a relationship with it, sit down and talk with my anxiety, to find out what my anxiety needs
