And there are times, like at 03:00 in the morning, I call my dad who says, Hard. And he would answer the phone. He's like, Are you having anxiety attack? And I'd be like, yeah. And he's like, okay, I'm going to sit on the phone with you. And I'd open up my door and I'd go outside and I'd sit on the patio and try to get as much air as possible

Hey, just wanted to leave a quick message here of just thanking you for being so vulnerable and for sharing that I don't know, it was very moving, and I definitely recognize a lot of those scenarios. And, yeah, you're definitely not alone in feeling and I'm glad that you had your dad who could stay with you through those moments. That's really so beautiful. But, yeah, thank you for sharing. And, yeah, you're not alone

You seem to be doing a good job with "adopting" it! Keep it up!

And I wish you could have some moments of peace. I wish you that. It's funny you're saying sometimes you have yes, anxiety is driving. It's okay. One can feel driving as dangerous. So I could have it these small anxieties? Yes, I've got some moments of peace when the sun rises, when I can see light coming and the landscape changing accordingly. Then it's beautiful and it's fun to be there
