Movies and shows that are a part of your healing journey

I love that movie. I love the reason behind it. I love each section and how it's breaked down. Eat, Italy, pray would be India. Bali is love. There is another movie, it's called Wild and it is about Cheryl Straight. And I watched that movie as well. And that movie was about to me, what I got out of

In terms of movies that I think were important in my healing journey, I often think back to back to when I was like a kid or a teenager, and I think one that really helped me in a trying time was The Perks of Being a Wallflower, which is based on this young adult fiction book

And it's interesting too, now, because I'm a trainer. I've been a trainer for around 19 years. I'm a professional boxing coach and conditioning coach, but I work with all sorts of people, but predominantly over the 19 years, I've worked mostly with women. And even now I see clients, they want to change, they want to lose some weight or they want to feel better. They know they feel better when they're in better shape

And then it kind of gives you that hope for love and that realization that love is actually all around us. We just have to find it. It doesn't necessarily have to be in a person that we are in a relationship with. It could be in family. It could be like, I have a dog. It could be in what we do. Love is actually all around us. And that's just like one of my favorite movies

And I'm the only person I know that listens to that, that has the soundtrack. And she said, yeah, she was actually cast in the stage production of it, and she was just getting used to the music. So she told me there was going to be a stage production of this film, and when I was leaving Los Angeles to go back home, I couldn't believe it. Right in front of me was Robert Townsend

So half of the program is all about anyhow we're building volume first and then intensity later. Over the eight to ten weeks that I have with with the fight to get him prepared for a fight, he with diet changes, we we actually weigh in every day, and we would make weight. I would never dehydrate my fighter because he didn't need to dehydrate himself to make weight. So that was always important. I didn't want him dehydrated. So I wonder how different that is for you

Movies and Shows in that vein

And that is the secret life of Walter Midi. My brother got me into it and it is such a good movie and it has some really amazing super emotional moments in it. And when you get to the movie and realize what he's holding, I don't know, it just blows your mind. They're just very good at that. And the fact that it's a Ben Stiller movie is also really bizarre because you don't think of Ben Stiller as that guy at all

Lost

It shows originally, when I saw it, you're seeing life from multiple people's, different angles, like their separate lives and how they all come together. And I don't think a show has ever done it as amazingly as they did it. And even today, going back and rewatching it, which I've like, the finale traumatized me so much. I don't think I've seen it more than once. I'm dead serious
