Now, pranayama has its roots in ancient India and is mentioned in many of the ancient Hindu scriptures including the Vedas and the Yoga Sutros of Patanjali

Hey. This is so interesting. I had never heard of pranayama breathing. I've done yoga, sort of on and off. Never delve too much into it. But I'm really interested in it, and I know that I should get back into it. It was really interesting to learn about this and yeah. Thank you so much for sharing
