There are no quick fixes. It is very long road with constant hard work. When people ask me about my depression, the only answer I can give is that period has been a very tough time in my life. Although I know that I am not depressed anymore, it is still very clear to me that semiauts of it are still within me. Depression is a beast within me that I have cased, but it's still there. Eager to break out and take over
