What's your jam right now?

But then it occurred to me, yes, I do. I know what my favorite song is because it pops up again in my mind when I'm not listening to music. And then I try to sing it, even if I don't know the words of the melody perfectly, it keeps coming back. And so one, two, three days and I keep hearing and trying to sing the same song. Then I realize, you know what?

Someone just recently shared this song with me. And there's something about it that makes me want to just move my head in other perfect way where I'm like, I can do a lot of things while I'm listening to this song. It's gotta nice feeling of like, pride, declaration, proclamation, love. It's wonderful. Billy Preston

Everything that they're doing, I think, is sort of cutting edge. And the song that I'm sharing here is one of their more sort of dialed back, softer songs. They are progressive rock metal bands, so at times they can be a bit heavy, but this one is not that way at all. It just provides this really great sort of ambience and vibe throughout the song that I connect with emotionally, and it's a fun one. It's a really fun one

This is a song by the band generational and I've absolutely been loving it as the sun is starting to come out more where I live and I'm getting ready for summer and the worst world to open up more, hopefully go swimming, get my first sunburn and soft serve of the season. I'm ready for it. Listen to the full song and dance. You won't regret it. I promise

Those alternative cringe and indie sounds Pixies and Smashing Pumpkins would have, and some early Nirvana sound kind of like that. So while in south from Australia, inhaler from Ireland and obviously Girderavanfread from America covered all three continents with the same genre. So this is Heat above by Greta Vanfield. I'm going to link the song below as well. Ms. See their music video as well. It's a piece of art. So I'm going to link the song

I love this thread. So I guess for me, I've been trying to find jams that I could, you know, work out to, especially when I am and low on energy. And particularly when doing those tricep pushes can be really hard. And sometimes some of those jams just stick in my head, and I just cannot get rid of it for days. And it just keeps popping back up over and over again

Taylor's jam

Hey Taylor, I like Vola. You are so right. It really sets a nice mellow mood. In fact, a little too mellow for me right now, since I need to be working hard. Luckily for me, though, working hard is listening and engaging with musicians and music lovers all over the world. So that's kind of cool too. Anyway, lavola and listen, I hope you have a great day. Thanks for sharing with me and everybody else. Your jam

Deborah, thank you for sending the link to Dizele. Weyna the song that I am jamming to this week. I didn't quite get how to put that link in, but now I see everyone else who's responding is putting links to the songs that they're jamming to and I just love it

Wow. Taylor, that is one great brand. Wala, thank you so much for introducing me to Waler. That is may sound a lot like Porcupine Tree and Opit Blackfield. I've got this progressive vibe to it not the newer songs, but the older stuff is more kind of like progressive build up with a nice backdrop with so many instruments, other pianos and everything. The music video that Ruby Pool was also really interesting. So thank you so much for introducing me to this band

Well given that we just had a versus battle with the Ivy Brothers and Earth, Wind and Fire, I am today feeling the song Harvest for the World. If you've never actually looked to the lyrics for this song and the Isley Brothers other songs, you may want to look up the lyrics because they were some master lyrics and still are in addition to Earth, Wind and Fire, who also has some really profound lyrics. So I will put a link to Harvest for the World with this post
