"Life After Change"

article image placeholderUploaded by @hilarypowers
Hi, you guys. My name is Hilary Powers, and I did just that. I took my grandmother's name. Why I needed change. It's funny. That word is for me. I don't know. And maybe that's my question for everyone is, do you feel a negative pull when you hear the word change? It's almost instinctually, we think, oh, my gosh, who am I going to become? What am I going to do?

We are in the shift together ❤️❤️‍🩹❤️

First of all, I love this image you chose because it's so like that's it. And it reminds me of Anias Nyn who said very famously, we don't see people the way they are. They are we see people the way we are. And it's all about where we are. So where we are, in our perspective, from that place, things look very different. And day from day to day, things can change and morph and feel great and feel horrific and scary

Change is good, as long as it starts within🙏🏾

I absolutely love this. Well. And thank you DB, for inviting me to it. Oh, change. So many things in my life have changed and was always resistant to change. I like my normalcy. I like things the way they are. But as I get older, I realize that not only is my body changing as I age, but things around me are changing. My attitude is changing
