Why Water consumption is a Huge prt of my lifestyle: This life changing event was SO necessary!

Hey, everyone. Robin here from Her Way Wellness. I want to jump right into the topic of watch her a good old HQ. Oh. So as part of my lifestyle, drink about a gallon a day of water, anywhere from like 80oz to 128oz. So that's around what I do now. Why do I drink so much? Water has been like a game changer lifesaver in so many ways. In particularly I had an issue when I was about 24 years old, maybe 23

That $6 liter of water with electrolytes or with special mountain nymphs inside of it or something a little Pixie dust from some stargazing mountaineer. They put it inside your bottle. I think getting in the habit of just having some warm water in the morning to kind of open up your digestive system is a really great thing to do. In fact, I'm going to go do it now, but I definitely can go an entire day with forget

It's kind of like, why would I get charged for water when I could just get a soda or something like that? I feel like a lot of it is mindset. The mindset of someone really makes a difference. Yeah. So that's just kind of my view on water

I like to drink a lot of water, but then there's also those days or period of days where I don't drink much water or as much as I could or should necessarily. But the beautiful thing about the body is it definitely talks to you and communicates to you what it needs whenever it needs it. And little fun fact to put in here so people can stumble on this as they listen to your swell cast. And that's it. The chapter Lips are the first inspiration of Dehydration

Every day I just want to wake up and just drink a glass of ice cold water and I have always just been drinking water and I think it's been really resourceful and really helpful for me. So that I would say is my relationship with water. I have a really good relationship with water and I absolutely agree with you. I think water works and it's beneficial to your health
