Um, when's the last time you heard of someone sleepwalking? I don't know about you. I grew up in the born in the 80s, mostly raised in the 90s. However, I remember hearing people talk about more often than not, yeah, I know this person and they sleepwalk or I sleep walk. And then they would describe things that they did while sleepwalking, but they couldn't recall what happened once they were in their current consciousness

And my daughter, as a little girl, she took the remote from her room and I was sleeping in the other room and she gave me the remote to turn the TV and I was so sleepy, I just took the remote and put it on the floor and then she walked out. So yes, sleepwalking is what's in my family, but sleeping swelled. I think that's what I want to do too. I want to sleep well or swelled

Or if you guys don't all live together in the home that you guys share to aim to be safe when they are sleepwalking. Again, thank you so much for contributing and I hope you create the evening you desire

I don't know if I'm saying that right myself. I'm southern tooth. I don't know if I'm saying that right. But anyway, I've heard of the binaural beats. I've heard of that before, but I've never used that for sleep. I just started using meditation, Christian meditation, where you read scripture and a slow, steady rate, and it puts you to sleep with music. So I've done that, and that puts me to sleep

I don't know how, because it back then, I guess sugar at midnight was okay, but zero recollection. I was so mad. I woke up the next morning and there was an empty package of eminem's. And my family was very poor, so eminem's at all was, like, a big deal. I think my dad only did it because he'd been out of town for the week working

But to wake up the next morning and be like, wait a minute. Oh, my gosh, we overindulged. And now we don't have these Eminems that we don't or aren't able to have frequently. Right. Thank you for sharing
