New title: risk taker

And so in essence, I'm the lone woman standing and that in itself is scary to have to advocate and justify for yourself to others. I am making this choice, I'm going this route, I am going this path because I feel inside, I believe let's not even go with feelings because fillings wax and wane, right, I believe

And at the end of the day, it's all about looking at the person in the mirror and do you like who that person is becoming and has become and the journey that you're on? I also believe that God will adjust our course from time to time. I know I've made plenty of mistakes. I'm sure I'm going to be making more. And as long as we have that constant relationship with Him and it is working on it on a daily basis, he will be there

Because at the end of the day, when I started reading through my journals and really doing the Healing banner, child work and other work with myself, that really focused on because I know you commented on this on another post, not blaming, but accountability and what's my part in it? Yes, I might have had these variables and what are you going to do about it? What are you going to do with it?

Good afternoon, JL. Thank you for the reminder. I love how you first tell a story and you connect it with something personal. Thank you for being vulnerable with us. And again, thank you for the reminder. I hope you're having a fabulous day

There is no past, there is no future, there's only the present. You can only do what's best for you. I only do what I can do for me in this exact moment. And then it was funny because I've been reading a book, Zen Mind Beginner's Mind by Shanrayu Suzuki, and it's a Zen meditation and practice book. And there was a part within his book that was about right effort

Thank you JL, for always putting out very great content. I love how you speak, I love how you deliver. But I would agree. Fear has been holding me back for a majority of my life. And although I was thinking that I was living to the extent of past fear and I used to see everything under the rug as shy, quote unquote, being shy, not coming out of my cell through self work yet

In a couple of the posts, I've put DM me a code word, and people have responded and listen, because I honestly was coming from a space of authenticity when I saw the inbox message several hours later, because I really wasn't doing anything, okay? I was just doing the post from a space of pure authenticity. And then when I had a chance to go back on Instagram, and I was like, Well, I have two messages. Who are these people that DME?

And in that time period, that connection brought me the word insucient and it also brought me a book recommendation. So thank you for that. But just the alignment in divine synchronicity of concept, of path, of journey. And for me, I take that as confirmation. What I heard from you is you heard it. You listened to what I had to share from a space of purity and authenticity. And it resonated with you in one way

And so then for me it's digging deeper to identify I still have work to do around a scarcity mindset, around losing people and to understand that I am still all of the things that I need and want solo that the other people are just anyone external to me is just extra people. And so it's just really drilling down of, like, what are you really afraid of? And then using that those answers to launch you forward. So on that note, I'll be doing some instagram lives

And I would see people blow up, and then people share all these horrible pictures of them and say all these horrible things about them, and I'm like, oh, my God. That's why you have to be careful how you deal with people, what you do, and how you embarrass yourself. And I think that it's really to that, because if I didn't care about it coming back up again, I don't think that it would be that big of a thing
