And then I realized it really didn't seem that there were that many parents that cared. They just wanted their kid to have one in the costume and have a good night and get some candy. And then I became a parent. And then I realized I don't want to check no d*** candy. I mean, I might swirl it around in my hands a little bit just to make sure I don't feel the unquote needle or drug stashed in there

This was funny. I'm probably going to do it in two parts. Thanks for the invite. Number one. Number two. I remember growing up, my parents did not let us go trick or treating. We did not have bags of candy or anything of that nature. Our trick or treat consists of my grandmother house, who lives 5 miles away, or the neighbors, who they trust. And I don't even think that they gave us, really candy. They gave us money

Anyway, it's just so funny, and I agree. My kids, when they started getting older and they were getting into their teenage years, they were like, yeah, we're going to go trick or treating. We can stay out till ten. I'm like, no, first of all, Olive, no, you have to dress up and go trick or treating when you're 14 years old. No, you can afford to get a job and you can afford to get candy

So I was kind of a third wheel for a couple of years, and it wasn't as enjoyable for me. And with being a mixed, blended dad, the kids go off into different areas for Halloween sometimes. Some are with their dad, some are with their dad to where it's just only three or two, sometimes out of my five. But no, I don't think I really had to inspect candy to an extent where I found anything

I mean, isn't it funny when you think about it? Even though I now forgot about the razor blade and the apple until Stacey brought it up in her post, I heard hers first before I got to yours. And I remember hearing that also for my parents, like, oh, there might be something inside the fruit. And I'm thinking to to myself, well, the fruit looks intact, the skin doesn't look broken

When I was younger, I was very lucky because the person that my dad worked for were very caring people. Also, their parents themselves, almost like the owner's parents, we're very caring. So when I was a young kid, they loved it. When we, as kids came up to their house, usually it was like six or seven at night, they were our first stop and showed up in costume. They love taking photos and stuff like that

I thought it was the most ridiculous thing. But when you're a kid, you didn't care. You didn't care. You just wanted to say trick or treat. Right? It's like, okay, but then we got all the clear or whatever. Or they took whatever came to that, they took and we were given the rest. But I'm holding on to eight things. And when I tell you insane amount of cotton dry mouth that I experienced, which is what I've experienced with the other versions that weren't necessarily Delta Eight, the, again, extreme dry mouth. I don't like that. I don't like that. I don't like it. One is a very uncomfortable feeling. It's hard to talk. My mouth is sore, and it hurts. And then let's not even add to that

And so when I went behind her, my father's back, and I got one as soon as I turned 18. And I didn't research or really pay attention to what to expect of the tattoo while healing. And in my particular case, because I was hiding it and it was having friction from different clothing, I was wearing the healing process. My first tattoo was horrendous. And you candy tell the quality of that tattoo compared to some other tattoos I have

I will definitely give that a try, making sure I hydrate well, because truth be told, I really have been not on my hydrating like I normally am this particular past week. Usually I put BCAA in my water and I ran out of BCAA and I just have not made an effort to stop by the Vitamin Store to purchase more
