Grieving Mother’s Day

article image placeholderUploaded by @Her_Revolucion
We may just want to change our past, but then we forget to focus in the now, right now. So I'm taking this week, the next day, the following year to continue reflecting on this. And why do I grieve? And so if you're experiencing something like this, you're not alone. But let's be happy for all of those who might have had that opportunity to love, experience love. And it's about that

I had gone to a hypnotherapist, a friend of mine, and a great help because there were things that I never realized affected me, number one, but also that I never shared with anyone because it would probably show weakness. And in doing that, I was able to really come to grips of what that meant and how it affected me, how it hurt and not have to deal with the ramifications of, oh, that was dumb or grow up or anything of that matter

Greetings, Jasonia. What an incredible swell. We're honored by what you have shared, and we appreciate your life experience. No matter how traumatizing, the wisdom just rippling outward from you is definitely being received by our whole being. That includes the light fish and the dark fish. They felt your waves of wisdom through this swell, our shadow, especially Christopher, deeply resonates with your feeling of grief towards your mother

Hey, Ethania and Raphael. And I wanted to say how much I appreciate the invitation to deal with layers of Mother's Day. Your capacity to hold so many contradictions in one swell is amazing. The grief and the acknowledgement that there are those who can celebrate and feel joy. And it's so important to have the willingness to have this incredible dish harmony with the acknowledgment that there's still harmony, and that is potential for your harmony

They just really don't want to relive the traumas. And you can see it in their body language where she was able to say that her mom did not show her like that motherly, that nurturing kind of side to her or any of her siblings. So she was just imitating everyone that was around her, basically. And so understanding that part just the way that she was, she was just trying to survive the only way that she knew how
