Hello. Swell. Hello everyone. I have been away for over a week and I am so sorry, but I have some exciting things happening. You can see the photo that I just posted with this. Well, I was at the park yesterday writing a new poem for an event tomorrow. Tomorrow is Orange County's Blue Ribbon Goff event to recognize April as Child Abuse Prevention Month. If you know my story, I am a survivor with lived experience from child abuse by my father physical and emotional abuse

And I'm really happy that there are events that are going to highlight the work you do and will amplify it here, obviously, as you are a swell caster and you're taking the time to bring us into this space and to understand what you're doing and the work you care about. So I just wanted to acknowledge this time and excited for you and just really looking forward to growing the community around the content you create. Thanks so much
So I just hope that the poem does that for others and it's a reminder. But I really appreciate your kind words, as always, and thank you so much. Continue following my journey.
