How can I make sure I'm taking care of myself? I love my technology. I love my screen time. I love a lot of apps out there. There's a lot of good that can be done. So what can I do? And really, there's a few key reasons that we need to think about why digital wellness matters

It's a beautiful focus of your of life, and I'd love that you're here doing that with us. I think there's so many things to enjoy in this new world we're living in, but the expense of people's physicality and mental health and just overall focus. It's so important to learn tools and to build community around it

Hi, Heather. I absolutely loved your first episode and can't wait to follow you and learn more through your tips and tricks. I absolutely love that you're putting a positive spin on something that we keep hearing. All the negative connotations are like, too much technology is bad for the kids, and how much should you stop them, and when do you give them a phone?

But now that I've left the classroom, it's kind of carrying on that message to the wider group out there that we can influence and talk to and help and just provide our information, and hopefully there's a trickle effect. But I'm really excited to see how this goes and where this goes and what conversations come up
