So I kind of started growing things, which was great, but I'm really interested in this article for the debunking aspect of it for me, because I do think that this heavy three meal a day thing never really felt good to me. And now I feel I understand why. So that's kind of wonderful looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this
So in terms of what we really need, what our bodies have evolved for in terms of processing food would require looking at our eating patterns at a very different and would love to understand how that informs what we should be eating now. So I'm not saying we need to start eating raw meat, but in terms of how many meals we need and how our body digest food, maybe there is lots more to be learned there
