And when things are out of our control, we show our frustration in terms of anger. So it's very very important for each one of us to learn and understand certain tips such that we control our anger. Because when anger strikes us, we stop understanding the ability to distinguish between good and bad, right and wrong. And we do things unknowingly, unwantedly and that pull us into certain troubles.
