Where does your mindset come from

This is the way things should be done. They were like rule books for us. And most of the thoughts that we carry in our mind, 70% or 80% of those thoughts are negative self talk we create because those negative things and critical criticism was imposed upon us by others. So do we really need to think the way others have thought about us in our childhood? Then many a times our parents have told us are you stupid? Are you silly? Are you mad?

This is your friend, mentor and guide NITI signing off. We would be taking up another topic from tomorrow on. Preferably I would love to be posting a swell cast every alternate day. Let's see what comes up in my mind for tomorrow. Or you people can suggest what would you love to hear on as? I am a trained reki practitioner, a mind programmer, a tarot card analyst, I'm very passionate about cooking, I diversify into chakra, healing and various kinds of master classes

Hey, NITI, I absolutely agree with you when you say that there are these thoughts, there are these preconditions which we carry the baggage of throughout our life at times, because there are things which we have been taught or which we have sort of acquired from our surroundings as kids. And then as adults, we are left to deal with those thoughts with sometimes prejudices and with those mindsets. And sometimes it can actually be very harmful for us
