Stress, anxiety, depression

One can control it by meditation and just sit for two minutes and think why to take stress, why to disturb mental health. So I would like to share one of my experiences. So I ruined my J attempt due to stress and anxiety because I wasn't and able to do the questions which I knew that I could do. So just chill and relax. And if you are relaxed then you're double efficient than you were before. Thank you
