Well, it's pretty simple. They're statements that you repeat yourselves over and over again with the goal of influencing your thoughts and feelings in a positive way. Things like I am strong, I am worthy, I am capable are some examples of positive affirmations. Now, I know what you might be thinking. That sounds silly, doesn't it? How can just saying words to myself make a real difference? But trust me, guys, there's some serious science behind this stuff

Affirmation the goal of the affirmation is to replace the negative and self limiting beliefs with the positive empowering ones. Isn't it? Right? We can also list some benefits of using the affirmations like it increases the self esteem and the confidence it also improves improves the mental health and our well being and more positive thoughts and it increases the more positive thoughts rather than negative self talk and the greater resilience and ability to handle the stress

First of all, thank you so much for listening to this. Well, and I totally relate to what you're saying, that you never believed to them unless you tried, so neither did I. I was like, once I start trying them, I'm like, oh, wait, this is actually working. And I realized that more people should be aware of this. And thank you again for taking your time to reply on this. You. Hi Hansika. So I clearly align myself towards your views in your swell and I actually feel that the power of positive thinking has positive affirmations in our life. The best way to overcome inadequacy and attitudes and learning to practice good faith in ourselves goes a long way. This can be done by picturing ourselves succeeding and then we can have positive thoughts to drain out negative thoughts. When we have positive thoughts in our mind, our body begins to react positively
