Developing habits - Habit 3 - Confront your fears

We're so worried and nervous about the future that we forget to enjoy the present moment. It's so ingrained in our minds to fear things that it stifles our progress. Breaking through your fears is quite possibly one of the most important habits that you could develop. Get used to doing one thing that makes you feel uncomfortable each and every single day. Talk to a stranger, give someone a compliment, or tell someone the truth about something that makes you uncomfortable
