It's well. So today I'm going to be talking about recent news earlier this week that we got in the boxing community with the upcoming fight between claressa, Claressa, Claressa, Claressa, Claressa, Claressa, Claressa, Claressa, Claressa, Claressa, Claressa, Claressa, Claressa, Claressa, Claressa Shields, Savannah Marshall, Alycia Baumgardner are title fights. And, you know, those are some of the biggest fights in in women's boxing

Two very compelling womens boxing matchups coming in September. I give my prediction of these fights. #boxing #sports #news

Wish it was in August

And this match against Savannah Marshall should be one of her stiffest tests so far. So really looking forward to this. I think they put together a great card, and the only downfall that I see to it is that they put it in September, and they're going to be going up against college football that night. I wish they would have secured it for an August Saturday where there's not much else going on. Maybe baseball

But those things have to be trained out of you when you box, because you can't kick, you can't grab, you can't choke, you can't slam, you can't do none of that. So that was my biggest thing. And you can't afford to unboxing, you cannot afford to have no hesitation because all it takes is a split second for that right hand or that hook, or that upcut to come in and it's night night

But you talk about just conditioning yourself for so long. These guys just instinctively kept their hands right somewhere between their chest and their waist. Hardly ever up high. Even if they started a round off with their hands up by their head, they just instinctively dropped. You could just see like, years of conditioning taking place there. That's just a really small example. But I mean, it's just that's the level of detail that we're talking about. And I completely agree with you

Well, yeah. And and it's not just it's just that instinctual thing that where you want to, you know, obviously the rest of the wanted to grab and when you you might train and train for a few months, you might train for a year, you know what I mean?
