article image placeholderUploaded by @gungunbansal_
The signs give its own reasons to celebrate Navarati. You know Narathi fast as we all know March, April almost consider as spring in India. So we are moving from winters to summer. Spring is the time which gives us a chance to balance our diet according to the season and give our body time to adjust according to the current situation. The lightweight food, fasting habits, managing schedule it all help us to move into summer with more good habits. And Navrati itself is a festival to celebrate feminism

It's all very scientific and yet traditional and spiritual, in my opinion, that the Hindu tradition focuses on fostering the health and well being of the people through celebrating these festivals. And so does any other religion in the world for the matter. And I was drawn to your swell cast at this time of the year when Navrathri has already gone because of the title Celebration of Feminism
