Adopted a puppy & had to change all my routines

And these were all goals that I wanted for myself to be healthier, to walk more, to get outside. So I'm really glad I got him and I was able to change my routine and keep it up, because sometimes there are days where I just don't want to walk him and I end up doing it at least once or twice, and I feel really good about it

@heidi Congrats on your fur-baby! 🥰

And my thing is, if you got up and you walked to the bathroom, you walked to the kitchen, you walked to the couch, you got up and you walked to go pet your pup. And that's all you could do for that moment or that day. Take it as a win. Sometimes the small wins are big wins depending on your situation or how you're feeling. Always the little wins are the biggest wins
