when to get off your phone

article image placeholderUploaded by @gracepouri
Hey, guys, it's pretty late here right now, but I just wanted to come on here before I go to bed and say, what do you guys know? When, when, when, when when, when when to get off your phone? Because I personally me feel like I'm on my phone at the worst times. Like if I have a test, I'm on my phone. If I need to do homework on it, I'm on my phone

Hey Grace, this is probably oversimplified but I decided a couple of years ago just to keep the phone out of the bedroom. I was on it a bit but mostly it was like alerts and stuff coming in and a little light blinking and the buzzing and I just couldn't handle it. Even in the sleep mode or whatever it's still like come on or maybe I just didn't know what I was doing but I decided just don't bring it in there at night when you're going to bed

Yes, it's a difficult when when, when when when to get off your phone about Myself I am a journalism student and my phone is my weapon, like daily updates and all. So what I do is I set at a time on which my phone switches off itself and my phone switches on by itself in the morning too. So that's my way of getting off my phone, and that's practical enough for me. E. So I don't know about you, but you can try this

He's so right. I know this is a huge problem not only for me, but just our generation in general. Just like being attached to our phone. But I don't know, for me it's the worst at night time. Like you said, 2 hours flies by within minutes, especially on TikTok. So I don't really have the best answers answer of when to get off because I deal with this too
