And the idea of prompt is popular in maybe schools or in courses. We always hear about a prompt for writing. But I want to introduce the idea of prompting a room or prompting a group or prompting even one person who you're speaking with the idea of saying, I'm going to take a second right here and ask you blank, blank, blank

They're teenagers now, and they're very, I would say, outspoken in a good way. We recently had something like really tough family discussion that came up on June 20, which actually was my birthday and also Father's Day. And it was one of those, like, hard family conversations where there is a behavior of someone in our family that was not really desirable. And how do we bring that up with making them feel loved?

There's a book called Crucial Conversations that I've read on Amazon, and it really discusses the point easy and the point hard, like when you choose to talk about something that's difficult, it's better to talk about it sooner after it happened than waiting years and months and months and years. I mean, sometimes people wait decades, but this conversation about offering the safety of patients and holding it. It's easier said than done

And we, as people who want to grow into leadership positions, need to ensure that other people should not get overwhelmed by those people who are flamboyant and who have a confidence in their speaking style and all. So here, leaders are definitely encouraged to bring out the best in other people. That's what I feel
