Burning At All Ends (10 2022)

I've got a lot going on, and I think my mental issues is causing me physical harm. What makes you say that? I've been diagnosed with PTSD in 2005. I've been prescribed colon, but I never really treated myself. I thought I was just misdiagnosed because of my military background. By then, tears streamed down my cheeks. I could feel the pattern crisscrossing down as the doctor checked my vitals while tilting my chin up to the light

Remember, this isn't the fall in 2005 which is fun. It's to rise. Because living with mental illness is not the same as ignoring it. And I must press on because with age.com, mortality in all the ways that protect my love when I'm gone

So thank you so much for sharing. I look forward to hearing more of your work, but I'm also, incredibly, this is so rich, I'm gonna, like, probably revisit this a few more times. So thank you so much. And thank you for the vulnerability and the bravery to share

@Gitdown 🙏🏾 You are enough.

Everything is going to be all right. And just slow down because you know how you can take care of your love by being here. Just that is the most important thing. Being well, being present, being alive. Take care of yourself, man, and slow down and you're doing great. Alright. Peace

Once you could either write it down or paint a picture about what it's like, it becomes real. It's not like this nightmare that might come to you. Like, it's there. It's tangible, and you could put it away. But again, thank you so much. I really appreciate it. And here's some more. Thank you

@PKBriggs

Thank you, PK. You're always one of my favorites. No, but I'm in a good place. You know, that it's there. You can take care of it, and now I'm on the path to, like, actually doing something about it and, you know, finally facing those issues, we try to be tough
