I practiced Gratitude cynically and it WORKED!

One of the bikini bottoms is too small for my fat earth, so I'm going to give it to my skinnier younger counterpart. Gratitude produces bountiful harvest. Who knew? I didn't know. Gotta keep it up

So I'm with this, and I think also there's been enough studies to show that when you do have a gratitude practice, your life does begin to actually just emotionally feel like it's something that's worth feeding and loving and living into and not dreading. Because gratitude is awesome. It helps you to inventory. So I'm just so happy you're seeing these financial rewards. I know that's only one slice of what we're looking for in life, but it's a good slice

@DBPardes 💯

So I tried being more positive at one stage, driving to work, my mantra was, don't be an angry. See you next Tuesday. That was all I said to myself every morning, which is not very positive, but it started working, and gratitude just kind of piled on with that whole process of, now I need to be grateful because I'm just whinging and complaining about how I've got it hard, and this isn't fair, and I don't want to be that person

But yet, there are days when one tends to forget all the positive aspects because there are things that don't work the way you planned out life being life, and suddenly you forget all those things that actually worked out and made you happy. And somehow, I don't know why it is that I do tend to get bogged down by the negatives instead of looking at the positive side of things as well. So, all in all, I think this is serendipity

@Wordsmith yes the doctor!

The doctor. Of course. I have been very grateful for that. I'm actually so shocked and surprised and in awe that it happened. Because it's been 13 years. Yeah. Be positive. That's the thing, right? Negatives. Of course they're going to come and we have to be in that place sometimes. The yin and the yang. You can't have the dark without the light. You can't have the light without the dark. Light and shade

@GeorgieDee

Yes. Georgie. I think that is I think I love the way I say it too. And I love the name Georgia. Georgie. There was a brand in India a few years ago. I don't recall what it was, but I used to love the name. Right. And I love seeing it too. And of course, here it is. A lot of affection. I respect and regard possibly that is reflecting in the way I see it. Yeah. Have a great evening

Now I have an indelible image of your fat earth.

So typically Irish household would be paying 25 euro cents per kilowatt hour. We're still down around 17.9 cents. We are ahead. I am gracious, but I take some of those vouchers if you're burning them through them and you have no use for phones and things like that. I think I can use I should convert this Australian dollars to euro if you gave them on to me. And then who knows, more gratitude may follow. Hope your weekend is going well. Bye for now

And before I start to let my mind spiral into like, how am I going to make that work? How am I going to make that work? I just got to thank you. This issue is already solved. And I just keep it moving and then it just miraculously happened where there's like a glorious window of time where just everything has aligned perfectly and it's like, oh, this is the most perfect moment to go to the store

@topgold Hey Mum Scam

And then the next time I got issued bills, I had one for $25 from electricity, so I paid it. And then they emailed me and they said, no, you were $25 in credit, so now you're $50 in credit. So I don't know what I'm doing with my bills. The water was the same. I was in credit and I paid it again, and then I was in credit again. I think I'm jumping on my bills too quickly

@Her_Sisu Gems!

OOH JL. I love that, where you like, just be still. Just be silent in a moment. And this issue is already solved. They're beautiful little gems. I'm gonna take those ones away. Okay? I do take moments to meditate, but I just like the phrasing of this. I'm going to pop that in my bank of spirituality for the week. No, I'm not kidding. I really like those. They're awesome. Yeah, thanks for that

@GeorgieDee now watch LittleBitOfTipp YouTube

Dylan has developed a lot of confidence talking to older people, and he's elegant and comfortable in the space of asking them a question in a recorded session. So I put in the text of this swell little bit of tip YouTube. If you Google that, you'll see some of the work he's doing. I know he'd be over the moon if he made it. Well, just say it here verb on a swell sand. Dylan, I saw your stuff, he's good

@topgold Chip off the Old Block

Oh, Bernie. I just went and watched his YouTube video about the fruit and veg store. That was fantastic. People were great. And did he prepare his questions? Is there such thing as preprepared? Is it just prepare? Because he seems so confident and fluid with the questions that he's asking, and he interacts really well with the people. How old is he now, by the way? And, oh, my gosh, he's looking more and more like you every day

@GeorgieDee the little man has to learn to read and write but he sure can carry a conversation.

You have images, because we need to shoot those images if you're going to do YouTube, because he wants to do YouTube podcasts up to ten minutes long, just quick interviews. And he knows that four or five questions will give him two minutes of content. So because his real challenge in life is knowing how to read and write, not talk, because he's a talker, I tell him, okay, do you have the pictures in mind?

Hey, Georgie. Wow. Some great stuff happening to you. You know, I'm I totally believe in it. For me, gratitude is my default thing. I don't know why, but it just is. And I swear to God, that's why wherever I have whoever I contact with, friends, my wife, the family I have, the people, the pets that I've had, animals, everything and my health I put it all down to gratitude being my default setting

So, yes, if you are practicing gratitude, if you're grateful for things around, if you're seeing good in everyone and you're being positive about small things in life, bits make up the bigger thing. Small things that we do together bring us to a larger picture. And gratitude has a major role to play. And I absolutely agree that gratitude can be a forceful impact on one's life, and it just makes the environment very easy

I have practiced it a lot, being thankful, being respectful, also showing gratitude on a few things and maybe spiritually, I would say showing thankfulness to God in the form of graduate. I would say, okay, I'm thankful for whatever I have. So that completely works because we think that we are so blessed, whatever we have. And there are people in the world who are not in a situation to even get 1% of it. So, yeah, it works
