I think it's a great idea to be able to assess somebody equally with what they're good at and what they've done with that good skill set. Because people can be good at a lot of things, but if they don't have real world experience, it's very hard to hire them. But having said that, it's a wonderful way to give someone a chance to say, wow, you have no experience, but you have great skills. Thank you for letting me know about them

I think in the coming days, I think a lot of people, a lot of employers are going to hire based on skills rather than degrees or prior experience, whether that person has prior experience in the same role or not. I think it's a great shift and it's necessary one as well
