So I would share something here muji childhood say thorasa mental health issues I was having anxiety or muji depression Mugata so I was always afraid. I never talked about it with anyone because I thought people will judge me. But that is the worst thing a person can do to themselves. So first of all because I do feel the same just before I am struggling with anxiety issues too I have a GED but at that time also I used to search a lot about neurosymptoms so I can say with my sister I don't know and I can control myself I talked to my sister so we decided to take help from a therapist and many help me but I don't think because I need medical help like medicines so I go for psychologist and psychiatrist too and medicines really help me situations like Baha Nikola because I have so much anxiety issues I am not able to concentrate and focus on my studies just because I am preparing for me so it's really my life was relatively very helpful for me relative to other child I joined coaching but megabit because comparison and a lot of things joking about so I quit coaching Jana and I start adopting good habits journaling

A person always have one or the other person, one or two more persons to talk with who are good, who are a good listener. So you should always talk to them. If not your family, maybe friends, maybe best friend or anything, anyone you should talk to all your worries out, just don't keep that in yourself. And fighting depression is actually very important because depression just kills the person inside. So don't keep depression in yourself
