i broke off this demon girls arm (in my sleep paralysis dream)
The point is that I had this dream just now, like about an hour ago, and I forgot most of it, as one does. But one thing that was really interesting was the fact that I guess my brain was trying to scare me by making me believe that there was like a demon girl standing by my window and she was ready to pounce on me. And in my mind I was like, okay, pull up, Hope, pull up. You know what I mean?

That's so interesting. It's crazy to think about what's really underneath dreams. I used to really roll my eyes at dream interpretation or whatever. And then I did therapy, and I realized how much goes on in the subconscious and how much our body receives and processes that it just can't access when we're conscious. So I don't know what to tell you

It's, hey, girl. I'm proud of you for fighting back in your dream. I often. I have dreams. I think I just wake up so, you know, out of them and I don't remember them. But the fact that you remember it even an hour later, like, mine's kind of like they feel like they almost, like, disappear
