The point is that I had this dream just now, like about an hour ago, and I forgot most of it, as one does. But one thing that was really interesting was the fact that I guess my brain was trying to scare me by making me believe that there was like a demon girl standing by my window and she was ready to pounce on me. And in my mind I was like, okay, pull up, Hope, pull up. You know what I mean?

That's so interesting. It's crazy to think about what's really underneath dreams. I used to really roll my eyes at dream interpretation or whatever. And then I did therapy, and I realized how much goes on in the subconscious and how much our body receives and processes that it just can't access when we're conscious. So I don't know what to tell you
