Is Experience Factual?

article image placeholderUploaded by @FryedOreo
And some people will feel it's true because that's usually how the news looks when it's conveying information that's true. But even then, the news isn't always true, is it? Experience, therefore, is not fact. You have to do the research in spite of your experience to come to any real, meaningful truth. But when we talk about other matters of life, spirituality, religion it can skew truth to some degree, for that is where your experience is optimal

Are our perceptions reliable in the world of Science?

I've actually had conversations with women of other races, white women, to be specific, because that's who you used in your description. And some of those conversations, I've been like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. And they say black women are what? So that's my contribution to your swell. Enjoy your day

Oh, and to clarify, I didn't touch on the YouTube link. I added the YouTube link to my original post. It's from this person. Sometimes I come across his videos on YouTube and he did this clip about men who say they have a hard time speaking to black women and that it's not the black women that's the issue. It's their lack of confidence in themselves or their ability to know how to approach all women from all backgrounds. And so I was like, yes

Because if you just go by the experience and examples of that experience to get you to that conclusion of a way of thinking does not mean that it is fact. Does not mean that it is true. So that was kind of the whole example of me bringing this up and why I did that example growing up, I did believe that white women were easier to talk to than black women. But now I know that it's equally easy to talk to any race

And then even we could get into, like, scientific fact and how scientists sometimes discover later that they were completely wrong. So every experience I have is really wrong for another person is totally different. But thank you for opening my mind

And data, it's very boring and binary, right? But there are different variables to it. Much as the scientists of the day didn't think that Einstein could come up with a theory of relativity, but he did, and it changed the course of science as we knew it. But he still used the science of the day to come to that conclusion

And as you can imagine, there's a direct correlation between these extracurricular, like after school arts programs, music programs and doing better in school, but also doing better in your mental and emotional life. Now, I had a music teacher growing up that I absolutely despised and it was so bad that it really made me question whether or not I wanted to pursue music in any way, shape or form

We hear the story of UFOs. What's the first thing we speak about? What we saw, right? What we smelled, what we tasted, all that sort of stuff. And you can see when a person recounting an alien, right? Seeing an alien or a person recounting reptilian. If they seen a person that's a reptile, or a person that the first girl they met, or what they ate today for breakfast, there's the same working mechanisms and all of that
