I am one of those people that has an issue with starting my mornings off on the right foot. Sometimes I can take minutes to 20 minutes trying to figure out what YouTube video I want to watch while I floss my teeth and brush my teeth and rinse my teeth with mouthwash and then take a shower. It can add so much time to my schedule that I actually have been a bit late to the bus because of this charade. And I wonder why is this
They need these rituals more than the other. Maybe you're a night out. I know I am. So I struggle in the morning, but I have to put all those things in place or else I just wouldn't get up. But thank you so much. And I really appreciate this thought

Wow. It's like we're always battling with becoming addicted or overdoing something becoming extreme. And that's so interesting. I don't know why, but my thoughts are racing, I guess, because of my theologian background in studying theology, just thinking about how we always want God to be good. All good. As you get a bit older, you start to want to figure out the accuracy of the thing, not necessarily how you feel about the thing, but you want to deduce a certain way of coming to a conclusion about something accurately
