And I know no one hates more than when someone is talking about you and they don't consider you. Systems versus interest. I am what you would call a systembased thinker. I think more in terms of systems rather than the interest. And the interest is the opposite. Interest base matters more than the system. So when I was talking about the subject of black women being exploited for the greater dollar value, the black women responded in kind on that particular Swell. Great conversations was had
If I know that there's going to be even a remote chance that whatever is being talked about is more interwoven with the person, then it's possible for us to have a conversation about these things externally, because that's how I do it. Then I know it's better off that I don't converse with this person or this particular topic all of a sudden. That I really appreciated that. While I take that approach that you are very unapologetic about how you're going to communicate things

And I probably would do myself a lot of good if I didn't talk as much on the things that can cause a bit of hesitation. But the way how I'm built, I know if I don't say it, it will bother me. Growth is very necessary and vital, and I feel we definitely both have had those spurts in our illustrious social audio legacy, a career or hobby, whatever you would like to call it.
