Is Reinvention Of The Self Possible?

article image placeholderUploaded by @FryedOreo
That's my purpose in life and this reinvention of the self. It was a slow process, but it was always kind of there, and it really started here on apps like these. I found that I was connecting with people and helping people and figuring out issues and problems. They were having without so much as even talking to them for ten minutes, I can easily pick up on certain patterns like, oh, this is like this person that I knew a long time ago

Here’s my story, now let’s hear yours. #psychology #personality

@aShamaninJourny

Wasn't always a Shaman in Journey.

Greetings, Dewuan and Greetings tribe. What an incredible swell man. Wow. So quickly. Yes, I do believe that we can reinvent ourselves very briefly, even on the metaphysical side of things, studies have been done, and those studies have helped us to realize that what we think and how we think can alter DNA. So with this phenomenon of experience, we see that something metaphysical affects something physical

May your journey continue to be challenging yet rewarding. @The3rdOWL

And for a split second, I was clueless as to what he was laughing about, because for me, I long ago stopped thinking about what people would think in a negative way of how I chose to dress myself. But there was a time where I was nervous about it. There was a certain period where when I started making my own money, I wanted to buy certain things that just I didn't see anywhere else

Change can be gradual... which is less grand!.

Americans love being heroes. That's motivating, isn't it being a hero? I'm not criticizing you. I'm just speaking about this grand idea there involving some individual performance. Yeah. Yes. I've discovered some aspects of my life which are unsatisfactory, but I'm trying to find new solutions. And sometimes I'm tapping in the dark, and you don't necessarily come up one day with a genius like or the idea of a genius. Yes

What was your experience like @dzakyem

It's one day will ridicule a lot of shame humiliation, because I find that when you want to better yourself around people who are just as fine and comfortable living their lives as is, there is going to be conflict to some degree now, not majority wise. But I do find that people tend to take it personal, even something as simple as losing weight. When you're around people who feel like their weight is fine, your weight is fine

My thoughts on challenging consistency.

So I think recreation is great. I think it's so important. However, it is a selfish act, and I think it's important to acknowledge that. So you don't lash out to people once they start treating you differently because you're treating yourself differently. And that's not necessarily a bad thing. In my experience, those people who left me have realized loved the person I was loved, the avatar that I had created to allow them to love

Reinvention* Nicole_louw_

It's just that a lot of times the media and et cetera can make growth seem so glamorous that it's almost silly. It's silly to think that a person wants to buy high fashion to feel different and they're thinking, well, just go to Walmart, get a different shirt. They're thinking more of a practical way of achieving these goals and where you're not wasting money or valuable resources or et cetera. In other words, they kind of don't get it

👍🏾 yes I have

And then there were times when I chose to reinvent myself, and that's when people around me seem to have the most difficulty coming to grips with it, they start to wonder what's wrong with you. They separate themselves at times. But I believe that it's part of the reinventing to be separated from some of these folks. And then there are other folks that continue to hold on while you are trying to get away and reinvent yourself

The core You! @meelee

Camille, thank you for responding to the Swell. And I thought about this for some time after I listened to your response and I was thinking to myself, could reinvention be the process in which we are starting to discover ourselves for the first time? And what we may see as reinvention is really us getting to who we were really meant to be

@FryedOreo I possibly misunderstood the connotations of your words...

And people around you tend not to take it as easy as you would expect. Perhaps it's just one person who matters to you. How many people tell us or tell you what you should do and what you shouldn't? Perhaps your best friend and your wife and your children, who knows? I'm quite free of quite a lot of meddling. I must say so. That's my answer to you. Perhaps not too satisfactory, but that's what comes to my mind at the moment

@FryedOreo 3 extra points...

Hello, D one. Just another remark. While I was listening to you, I thought, yes, I'm very lucky as a teacher, because every year I've got new students. And if I want to take on different role, I have the right to they don't know me. Most of the times it's quite rare. We have same class, two years in a row, because that's the way in our school

@FryedOreo this was good 💫💫

But as I've gotten into this audio world and trying to define my radio voice, I was like, PK because a few years ago, I had, like, a sort of beer blog and my coworkers and I he was a filmmaker. The other one was kind of into marketing, and we worked together and I would do these, sort of, like, interviews and whatever all this stuff about, like, beer, because I love craft beer, but she helped me come up with PK

Thanks for the response, friend. 🙏 @realbriggster

There would still be a core line of reasoning or not reasoning, but a core line of understanding that your younger self could see within the current version of who you are. Now, if that younger version will be impressed or not, I guess there's a lot more to be considered there. Right. That's interesting

I know you said you don't know too much about that, but that particular energy doesn't like change, but I do like as a spirit, and I embrace my spirituality and me being spirit. So. Yeah, man, reinventing myself has not been something that I did on purpose. I could say that, but thank you so much, man. Thank you so much for allowing me to say my piece about that

Keep being a force for change @Enfinit

I don't really know how much what you're saying with your kids, mother from a previous relationship, but it sounds like maybe that just didn't work out in the way that you seem fit. That's very cool or humble beginnings to where you are now in your life. And yeah, that's also very powerful in a sense that you also can be a good catalyst of change for other people. Right

@FryedOreo @Enfinit Love you guys. Your voice(s) shift the paradigm. 🙏🏾

I probably can't do it in the space because generally these places are loud, but I am going to do a swell about beer and it'll probably just be under rent. But yes, I do love me some craft beer. American Craft beer. Yes, I have a very interesting beer journey. When I did the blog, it was a blog. I would write about it

Thank you for this post. It's actually kind of funny, because sometimes I feel like somehow my phone is listening to everything I'm saying, which I'm sure is actually true, because sometimes things just pop up. Like I'll say how much I love ice cream. And then I'll get a commercial for ice cream. And it's like, very specific

Thank you for stopping by. 👀 @AmaraV16

Well Amara, I am happy to hear that I was somehow in your deepest thoughts and knew that you were thinking about Reinvention or had at least seen a post courtesy of Google about Reinvention. I am actually a sophisticated Google UI bot, and I am partnering up with Swell to infiltrate the minds of those that are enlightened to help them grow. You are welcome in advance
