And that's what we're going to examine with Healthy Negativity, we are going to examine the benefits of stress, the benefits of sorrow and anger, all these emotions that society has deemed as wrong, and you are dysfunctional. If you experience these things, it's no wonder why depression is at an all time high when folks would rather say Hi and Hello and how you're doing, then actually talk to you and figure out how you are doing

And I always got looked at like I was pretty weird. So I look forward to hearing your ideas on them. Maybe it will help me better articulate to people why I feel this way. So yeah. Thank you so much. And I look forward to it

There can be no positivity without negativity. @Nicole_louw_

But those that do is just as good, and they need just as much encouragement as any other person and telling them, well, you just need to feel better or smile more instead of crying is not enough. It just doesn't work like that. For every single person. We're all different and unique individuals with different experiences, different levels of knowledge. So how can we expect everyone to just get over it and feel better? So that's exactly what I want to tackle and examine
