Can you crawl for me?

Hey, Fred Oreo, while you're down there doing those push ups and the sit ups, try this for me. Just tell me what your experience is. Crawl, crawl. For a while, everybody's going to be different. You start by crawling across the room, feel which muscles are being engaged. And when I say crawl, do the baby crawl. Knees on the floor, hands on the hands on the floor

Patrick, I'm not gonna lie. At first I was like the nerve of this guy telling me to crawl, but then once you start explaining it a bit more, I'm like that would be kind of interesting, and I will have to do this now. I am at my bus stop getting ready to leave for work, but I think tonight I'm going to try doing this maneuver crawling. So yeah, I can continue the process of the workout

Hey, Happy Thursday. Thanks for the motivation. I think that we all are getting caught up in what's going on around the world and what's going on in our areas. And with the New Year approaching, we're focused on on different things. And I think it's time to reflect and refocus. So I'm going to do the same. I'm going to do some push ups

And if I were to do this, let's say for the whole month of January and develop a Regiment and eventually increase the push up amount, I think I would start to have great results, but it's all about consistency. And for me, this is the easiest way to start my journey towards physical improvement because, man, my belt lately has been hurting. Just sitting the belt is like biting into my belly. So that is more than a wake up call to get myself together
