So do y'all know that Swell has stats that you can view? Did you notice I found this out today while trying to update my profile picture, seen something that said his stats that was next to the followers and following counter. So I clicked it and I was surprised to see that Swell had kept record. I mean, usually the typical stuff you always see how much total listings you've got and how much total likes you've got and that sort of stuff
Not sure. Maybe like even YouTube has this stats for nerds. Right. So maybe it's just for our information. And also it's kind of nice to know what people are actually tracking of first rather than lying Facebook. So Yeah

You know, oddly enough, this was a safe haven for me to get away from stats to just have a good time and talk. But I guess at some point in time stats will always have to rear its ugly head, but it's all good
True. Maybe if we can improve our posting way or method or the content that we post, maybe it will be easier and more effective way to monetize. Well, right. So does Swell offer Monetization right now? Or how is it? I think Swell is free for everyone. Right. Both creators and the consumer

Hey, Devon, wonderful observation. You're right. The stats are now available, and I will try and answer your question. The first is we really want people to know that you know how much they are listened to and how well their thoughts are appreciated. So we felt that this would be the best way to surface to people how this world cast is performing and who listens to them and how people are enjoying their voice

Maybe not, not really sure, but that's just what I ultimately think of instantly when stats are involved. What does this mean, exactly? Because even with Instagram, right, you have to opt in to see those sort of detailed stats of the reach that your stuff is getting and how many times your stuff has been shared and bookmarked and all that sort of stuff you have to opt in for that
Well, so as long as they use it in their labs to improve the application or improve the user experience, it will be a good way for us, but I'm really liking the way other social media we can actually interact and know the person rather than just reading the text as per our mindset
Thanks for welcoming to Spell Dwayne. I acknowledge your handshake and I give the handshake back. Thank you. Yes, I'm new to this, but it's really, really fun to talk

Thank you for taking the time to explain the intentions behind making those set stats available. And yes, I have heard the squirrels and whiny complaints just beyond this. People frustrated at the engagement level on the platform. I find it interesting. My point of view of it is just like any other platform. If you say something interesting or it resonates with somebody, they'll say something or they react more often than not. It's usually that simple, but I'm glad I didn't post it

Sandy, your first time around these sorts of parts of social audio apps. Seems like only yesterday when I began my journey, I've been doing some socialaudiopodcasting voicechat for the better part of 16 years on and off. So glad that you're here. And hey, if that can help keep you active to kind of have a good idea of what's resonating with people and so be it hopefully. And I think this would ultimately help the app even more if you were to know what I mean
Maybe they have a feeling that they can say whatever they want and still get away with it. Fake accounts mean common, but it is hard because it's real you that you are talking. You can't fake it when you talk, so people are afraid of it. Maybe. Or maybe they are just too attached to the internet being anonymous. I hope this app breaks the barrier and I still think that people will be angry

I have noticed the back and forth conversations have kind of died down a bit, so that's a bit troubling, but that just means you need to make stuff that people like and they will come around. And I'm sort of like you when I'm watching YouTube videos, most of the time I'm interested in the video, the comments
You can at least make out from other voice. And we can try to help those people who are in depression or anxiety or just plain shy. Right. We can help those people. And it's better than text. Yeah. I'm not sure I don't do these things often. Maybe I'm spamming a lot because I think I am the only person who's replying right now and it's almost 02:00 a.m. Here in India, so I better get back to sleep

To me, that's what will turn Swell into the usual popularity contest where the big keeps getting bigger and the small guy never moves forward. We already have way too many social platforms platform, but work like that and I hope Swell never gets to that point. I'll see you around and take care. Bye

Clubhouse is all new and just, oh, wow. And got so many podcast interview contacts out of Clubhouse like, I think six podcast buzz. The time I scheduled and recorded it's just been I think I have one more podcast, a Clubhouse person that I have to edit. But anyway, that's beside the point. It's all those contacts. I think Swell is more very chill. And I like the Swell vibe

Oh, my God. Please just don't turn it into some months of an application that we love right now, and we start loving to hate it later in the day. I didn't want to come across a post like this, but again, that must be me or thinking, I don't know. It's a good thing to have stats and all that stuff. And I'm a big sucker of stats, but social media. Can we leave that out? What purpose is it serving?
Roomi Tarik
@roomi · 2:22
And I just don't want an application which has voice exchanges, and it has such a good content. It just feels intimate. If you actually sit down, listen to a long, swelling submission, and you can just close your eyes and you can be like, okay, this person actually makes sense. And this is such a good thing to actually just get let me just engrave like, engross and do my mind
Dewuan .
@FryedOreo · 3:44
And I don't think there's any real way to tell what episode resonates with people than others, because if other did, they would say something. So that's usually how I go about it. That's my best statistic. It's a response. Are they responding to it or not? Then that's kind of how I go about it, at least, especially on Swell but anyway, thought I get back to both of you on this. Since it was similar in nature
Dewuan .
@FryedOreo · 2:46
I'm responding. That's why I'm here, but I guess it can't hurt. But I do wonder overall, will it kind of create this culture of personality that caters more towards achieving higher numbers? Could it create that competitiveness? And then also, I wonder, too, will eventually be a thing where they show top performers on the platform. Maybe they could keep the numbers anonymous, but they could instead hoist these individuals, like in some sort

Whatever it is. These are things that obviously the average user has kind of thought of or considered. And that's what makes a good swell. So great job there. You normally bring these swell team. Most people can talk about me. On the other hand, I'm like, hey, I read this book which people are like, good to know. Okay. I'm not going to even listen to that swell, because what's the point?
Roomi Tarik

You should talk more the amount of conviction with the which you talk to people with. And I mean, you've got great command other your linguistics and you know the tone and how it goes up and down. And if something that is so soothing, the first few times, I actually heard some of your swell costs or swell entries and whatever you want to call them, I was blown away that you have got such a nice way of speaking to people. It is very uniform all the way through

Wow, Rumi, I am completely humbled and honored that you have enjoyed my swells. So I just want to say thank you. I mean, you make it sound like I mean, you make me sound bigger than something when I'm just like, I'm just a regular person recording a regular audio here. So that's where I am. But I'm still very thankful for your message, because when you hear something and you're like, well, somebody likes to hear what I say
Roomi Tarik
@roomi · 1:41
That is something that I'm actually willing to delve into and actually learn more from you, all the other people that I've because even if I play you at two extra speed, you still sound so much fun. Thank you for entertaining at least me, if not all of us
