I don't consider that to be support. I know we live in a day and age where that is the main goal, that is the main reason why you do this, but not for me. Thank you, Christina. I appreciate that. And yeah, those are things that stick with me, like conversations that stick with me. How animate I was saying that I'm not a part of this community when everybody's like, are you f****** kidding me? You're on here every f****** day. What do you mean you're not? But some ways I can kind of to be that dog that barks really loud and shows his teeth
I don't know how this will make you feel, but when we were on anchor and there would be occasional negative comments I'd hear about you, I couldn't quite understand because to me I could sort of see that there was this protective barrier that you had created. But inside I think of you as this, like, thoughtful teddy bear

And it makes so much sense because I've been thinking about this lately and I'm probably going to make a swell of about it when I hear people like just now I'm having this little I don't even call it an argument, I don't know what you would call it, but it's on Facebook. Someone is just basically saying everybody is dumb and stupid for believing this thing. But this thing is like evidentiary proof that it's actually a thing
And then there are other days where I'm embarrassed and ashamed to say, but I want to be, quote unquote, right there's somehow, some satisfaction or fulfillment, that's generous word to use, and not necessarily the one I want, but something that comes out of that. Maybe it's because we aren't either in a place of appreciating ourselves and being appreciated by others that we then find a coping mechanism of wanting to dominate and be right. I don't know

Right. There's something different about swell. Like on other social media platforms, even if some are active, it's still kind of impersonal because people it's not audio based, first of all. And I don't know, sometimes people are real. There's also there but there's just something about audio communication that makes it me feel more personal, more real

We all have equal things to offer in terms of experience and story and I am an equal member of the community like everyone else. I feel like I definitely am on here more than 50% of the time daily to which I am an active member of the community. So to feel that I wasn't a member of the community was just silly and it was narrow minded for me to feel as such

It is important that I provide a great experience that I would want to have when I press play on other people's. Swells. It came to be family. I definitely have moments on this app where it feels like I achieved something that day that I can rest knowing that I did at least have one great conversation for the day. And if I don't have that great conversation. That's fine too, because I got my thoughts out there I got my ideas out there for the day

Hobbies are like, oh, I like watching Marvel films, et cetera. And for me, it's like, I like being on social audio and they're like, what? Everybody kind of stops like, what the h***? But that, for me, this is a fun thing, hobby I like to do. So, yeah. With that being said, may you also continue to enjoy your experience here on Swell
