Wildflowers grow along the roadside springing up where they can't be proof of life beside the asphalt bursts of color next to gray stop and see and be more happy take a breath of sweet aromas rest your weary self and wander. But you must resume your journey. Life demands you keep on traveling. Leave behind this unplanned garden. Soon enough, they all will, wither just a memory you recall out of place but welcome respite love can sometimes likewise happen

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond and to say something about the poem. I really appreciate you doing that. I hope that the poem itself did justice to something that you appreciate so much. I actually took a photo of the particular batch of wildflowers last year that inspired part of the poem. But I don't have a copy of that photo available right now or else I would have use that
