Okay. So I am in the middle of a culinary experiment this week. I got a really intense craving for tuna craft casserole. For some reason, I cannot explain why. I don't remember the last time I had tuna Castro. To be honest, I'm not even sure that I like it, but all I know is that I really wanted to make it. I really feel like I'm creating it as some sort of comfort food, and I've never made it

And I definitely recommend using this recipe as a guide and having some some fun with it. I'm really glad that I added some frozen Greens. I'm happy to use them and also have a little more vegetable in there

And whenever you add new combinations, your palate just explodes with it's, like, oh, my gosh, what is this? Because we've never tasted, I don't know, two different sauces together. So it's like, the most unusual combinations. Put it together. And I think your palate will thank you. So now you're making me think about what I need to do and what I need to Cook. Hand. I won't be cooking for another couple of days
