You know it's your body, right? It's like a machine. All you have to do is dedicate at least an hour out of the day for it, because just like the machine, you need maintenance and upkeep. So doing your daily exercises and workouts is like a maintenance for your body. So you need to make sure that you keep those body parts active, just like the machine parts. So for that, you need some kind of exercise and training

Walking into the gym, going to the bathroom and simply walking back out to your car has more calories and more exercises and more than anything you would have had then not going to the gym at all. But just like you said, when you get inside the gym you find it a little bit more easier to get that workout done and you're so glad you did it once you're in there

And I think a lot of people don't realize that these days everyone is looking for shortcuts and they want to put their results on Instagram or TikTok or whatever it is. And what we see on TikTok and Instagram from most of those people, we don't know how much time they put in or we don't know which route they took to get those results. And we want to look like them
