So I work out five days a week and give two days rest to my old bones. So the first day I focus on chest. I do about five to six chest exercises and I always squeeze in ABS with every exercise that I do. So I will squeeze in two ABS on my chest days and then the next day I focus on arms. I know a lot of people do back and try or back and buys and shoulder and tries. I do it a little differently
