Programming should be mandatory to everyone!
How one can improve him or her problemsolving skill. I suggest if someone starts with any start solving problems in programming language perspective of what language he or she choose, it will help them to improve their problem solving skills. And Madaba Hathai. Initially it would be like headache and all. What is this? But gradually they'll learn how to solve problems like the statement. Any statement they could solve not easily, but they can solve it

I feel that what you are saying is very true, that everyone should, you know, know at least basic of programming. And one of the ways to start would be C. Like every beginner should start with the language C and then proceed seed with other languages
