And as you're breathing breathing in, breathing out. Focusing in on the beautiful energy of spirit. We give thanks to Spirit for all that it gives us. Now imagine that there is a deep blue sky below you. The kind that happens just after the sunset. Just as the stars are coming out that deep blue sky. And as you breathe in, imagine that sky coming closer and closer to you

Hi. First off, I want to say thank you so much, and I'm sorry if you can hear my dogs playing in the background. I apologize for any sound that comes through from that, but loved this meditation. I listened to so many of these similar types of meditations, but this one was very helpful to me. I found the descriptions of the sky and the blue, and it falling around me like a blanket was so soothing. So thank you so much for this

I guess the best advice I could give you is to start with imagining your thoughts going down a drain, if you can, and seeing and visualizing or feeling the sensation of your thoughts going out of your head like a bathtub with a drain down. The only other thing I can think of is to maybe, perhaps focus more on the technique and the meditation itself, and maybe the breath can come a little easier that way. That's about the only thing I could think of to tell you about that

And I'll be honest, I was actually walking when I listened to yours. I was planning to do it sitting down, and then my dog seemed to be hot, so I wanted to get her home, but decided to play anyways. And even walking, even if I were to just close my eyes for a millisecond, I was able to sew immediately and quickly drop into what you were saying and sharing and just that cozy blue blanket. It was so great
