One thing that this moment of isolation have taught me is that you will quickly realize how that was my runner's app, but you will quickly understand four things. What you mean to people when you do it. So when you close down all your social media, when you stop showing up to certain things and you don't get people reaching out and saying, hey, where are you, man? How you being? What's going on with you? Right?
