But just thinking about what you're saying and what you've overcome, it makes me think about the things that I sit here and sulk about and I'm depressed about when I have so much to be grateful for and just like the fact of life itself. So that for me, just hearing that even though I haven't had that experience, makes me want to be more intentional and more appreciative and want to work more towards my self healing and stuff like that. Because I want to feel grateful
