Affirmations are just positive things. We write them down and then we just say them out loud. So basically, like, I am wonderful. I deserve the bold, I deserve respect. I resolve love. I deserve everything. Things like that. I think if you say that to yourself every single day, it will make you feel very much better. I can say that with experience. Sometimes when I do say good things, it makes me spirit up

And adding to this a bit, I think we should also just noted down these positive affirmations, which we think are inspiring us, are very helpful to us somewhere where we could see in our day to day life or we can just write it or hang it on our walls or frame it. And trust me, guys, all of the people who are listening to us, these positive affirmations talks can actually bring a huge change in yourself

We shouldn't be focusing on the negative aspect of things because it's only going to restrict us to what we want. Right. We should just be focusing on the positive side of things because our mentality is a reality. Right. If we think that we can't do it, our mind is only going to demotivate data

So I have to practice. But in that practice, the practice somehow it becomes like a habit. And sometimes I talk to myself when it's not required to. People see that it's kind of very bad.
