Socializing is is like a key to the self care but often it's purely very hard to make time for our friends and it's very easy at times that we just don't be or just give that importance to it and neglect your relationship when their life gets really busy. So close connections are also important for one's well being. Not only just taking care of yourself, having a self care, but social self care is equally important

I have experienced the thing that watching people on social media, they care good pictures, we care getting married, you care having babies, you're having very good time and you won't believe you were on vacations and doing incredible things at home, making good food and very fantastic pictures were there. But there were many people who couldn't get the stuff with themselves and they care feeling very bad and sad when they care watching the good good pictures because they feel they have nothing with themselves

Hello, Isha you care actually so right. That we should try to video call or meet our friends in real life instead of texting them because that doesn't make us feel connected to them. And they're just texts, you know, we don't feel emotions from them. So you're actually right. And we should balance our social life as well because otherwise we might feel isolated and get frustrated more often. So you're right. Good stuff

And it's good to know that you find that, you know, socializing is it's too important in our life and just the text can't be enough to show our friends what they mean to us.
